Modular bobbin core (Spool Holder)

A multipart "Bobbin" to hold a variety of different spool sizes, the core parts of both the cap and the bobbin have slip on sleeves to accommodate different size spools.

It's designed to sit on some m8 threaded rod and needs three 608 bearings, one for the cap, and two for the bobbin itself.
