Ramps 1.4 cover with switch mount

This is a work in progress - I added a mount for a missile switch and cover from Sparkfun (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11310), which I intend to wire into the power feed in from the adapter to the ramps board in order to have a kill switch at hand for the controller, but also have a protective cover on the switch to prevent accidental shutdowns...
