CR-10 M6 hex screw remix of Y-Axis Belt Tensioner

Thanks so much to donnyb99 for his fantastic y-axis belt tensioner.

I did not have a hex head M5 screw and did not want to go buy one...
With tinkercad I reworked the knob and puller so that a M6 hex head screw and nut will do the job.

See the green parts on the photo.

You will still need the other parts from the original thing by donnyb99 (red on my photo).
