Replicator 2X Extruder Upgrade for Flexible Filament

Made some minor changes to the awesome upgrade designed by rmcniff: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222667

Original remix by rmcniff improved printing with NinjaFlex and other flexible filaments, but I often would still have to continually clean the nozzle after every print and it would often jam during the print, forcing me to restart.

Fixed a few crucial dimensions to provide better extrusion and have had great results so far.
