E3D V6 Adapter Plate for TaZ5

Plate for using the e3dv6 hotend with Taz5. I wanted one that kept the height of the nozzle to the bed close to stock. The extra channels were to reduce weight. I made my version out of aluminum, but I think a 3d printed one would work well also.
