Alternate top case for Raspberry Pi with Razberry Z-wave module

This is a simple remix of the top case of the excellent Pi case at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740 . This one is 2.5mm higher to fit a Razberry Z-wave module within the case. I removed all of the top openings and replaced them with a small opening to fit the reset button on the Razberry, which also helps support the board. The screw holes are recessed 2.5mm, so the 16mm M3 cap-head screws that fit the original will fit this.

There's no vent holes in the case. I print these with a hex
