CR-10 Double Fan - w/ clip & extruder support

Remix of shfqrkhn's remix to include the extruder support from psdesign's design and a modified backplate to secure the side without screws. The recessed holes on the backplate & main body are for bolting to two parts together (can also glue).

EDIT 1: Had to move the ABL mount back to the other side as it would collide with the frame. Changed the duct mouth size back to the original dimensions as they were too large for my 5015's. Removed the hot end fan mounts as they caused fitment issues
