Giant L R C Game Block Templates

I had made a Giant Jenga game out of 2x3 wood and then got the inspiration to make a giant LRC game.

I designed some letter templates and printed them on the 3D printer. And I designed a router bit guide as well.

I cut 4x4 lumber to size and then used the router templates to guide the router so that the letters had an engraved look.

I have to admit that the guide did not fit the template as tight as I would like and the letters did not come out as good as I would have liked. But they
