Geeetech MK8 extruder fan duct

Designed for Geeetech i3 MK8 extruder to fit on the front plate's holes.
There are two version, basically same thing, but one has a flat bottom that make it easier to 3D print as it lay flat on printer's hot bed.
It has an extension to help with the pressing of the lever to disengage the filament.

Printed and installed...
Just to make it better, I modified a couple of details that I did not consider before.
Make sure the slicer place supports inside the air channel...
