I have a refined version of this item available here:

I needed a case for my new LG K20 so I created one from scratch. The model prints as two pieces that I printed in a vertical position and slid on to the top and bottom of the phone. I did not have to scale the print to get it to fit but YMMV.
The current stl file has the following improvements:
Speaker port on the back relocated
Back is slightly thicker.
Increased opening at h
