A Simpler Construction of Moineau Pump Stator via CNC Milling
Novel composition of a stator designed such that it can be easier to built --hopefully in metal via Milling CNC machines as depicted in the picture.
It is based on the decomposition of the stator in one building block (or base). It allows to reduce considerably its dimensions to extrude plastic at 180 oC, or more, using desktop 3D printers and control the positive displacement of viscous material from plastic PET bottles.
