Took the base T-tube and auger from what I found here of thingiverse and designed a hopper/dish combo that should work for me. designed to use 28BYJ-48 motor. It will be powered by an Arduino Nano when it gets here. Construction uses M3 threaded inserts.

NOTE: I have since found this design to be a little underpowered with the 28BYJ-48 motor. I will post uipdates when I fix it.
