Sherlock T-Rex

So me and a couple friends have an in-joke of Sherlock Holmes with T-Rex Arms. I attempted to combine the two files listed in the source in order to actually make this a reality, however I have limited 3d modeling experience and I am unable to get this to slice correctly. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
