CTC Prusa i3 Z zero adjustment Thumbscrew

This is just a simple thumbscrew to make adjustment of the Z axis zero MUCH easier using the same hardware that came with the printer. This has been one of my major goals with the parts which is to use as much that came with the printer as possible vs buying extra parts that may cost as much in shipping as the part itself.
