Simple Snake in Envelope Prank

This is a simple prank powered by a single common rubber band. Mount the spinner to the base as shown with a rubber band, twist, and place in an envelope! It also works well in more creative ways, such as beneath computer mouses, keyboards, coasters, etc. Anywhere it can be trapped flat and released inadvertently will result in a loud spinning and jumping fit that is sure to get a jump out of almost anyone.
