Ant Hex Coil

This is a coil designed to maximize the distance that ants have to travel to reach their food while fitting within a medium-sized formicarium. If you have a large enough ant colony, you should be able to see them form a trail along the coil. It is composed of a base, a top platform, and a number of “ribs” which make up the main part of the coil. The more ribs you include, the taller the coil will be.
