Siplace 141121 feeder tape size reducer

The Siplace 141121 feeder is designed for 32mm tapes and comes with a tape width reducer, which can be screwed into positions for 24mm (and sometimes also for 16mm) tapes.
The original part is made of metal, but since it has to be removed completely for 32mm tapes it can get lost.
It is theoretically possible to run this feeder with smaller tapes, so I've added the option for extraspace set to be 1 or higher to reduce in 8mm steps.
