Aquarium Hood LED Light Conversion

I was having issues with my PETSMART 17-3/4"(Bulb) fluorescent light hoods in which the bulbs would burn out quickly and being there was only 1 light per hood, there wasn't enough light to sufficiently cover the plants within the aquarium. After one of the ballasts burned I gave up on the fluorescent setup and decided it was best to invest in the LED lights and parts so that I am not constantly replacing bulbs and drivers in the future. now the tank looks bright and the plants look like they are
