Geoffs Geared Extruder - all 3D printed

I found both my Solidoodle & Myriwell Direct Drive extuders didn't have quite enough Stepper grunt, if I tightened the Tension Spring too much the Stepper Motors skipped steps.

I wasn't happy with any existing Geared Extruers - so here is my version.

It can be used as a standard Bowden Extruder, or do what I did with my Solidoodle andmake an adapter to screw the Geared Extruder to my E3D-V6 hotend.
