Ultimaker Tool and Nozzle Holder

I thought it would be useful to also hold my part scraper within the design by @tigui, however I wanted to mount it behind the machine as I often use an enclosure.

There are two screws at the reverse of the machine so i made the part smaller to fit in them, i also changed the wrench and screwdriver holders as I felt there was too much play in the original. I added extra nozzle spaces and made the nozzles a tighter fit.
