E-Wing Holder (X-Wing Miniatures) for Stanley organizer

Thanks to Kariko83 for providing the [blank on GitHub](https://github.com/Kariko83/X-wing-Custom-Storage-Bins). This made the creation of this bin much easier.

I use the Stanley 25-Compartment Organizers for my X-Wing Miniatures collection, this is part of my bin set. I do own all but the Scum ships, so there will be bins for them at some point.

My design goals:

* Maximize Space
* Attractive Presentation
* Include the movement dials

So, here is my design for the E-Wing.
