This was designed to be placed on the top of a pole to hold Christmas lights up in order to make a tree design.
Came up with this simple design while trying to use hooks taped to the pole in order to keep the lights hung. Used bent nails to hold the lights in place on the ground.
Made to fit a 1-1/4 in. diameter pole.
