FT-5 Stock Extruder Carriage

Original Melamine Gantry warped. Made this as a replacement. The back plate has holes for a DB-25 breakout board. They are countersunk, and the m3 bolts should be placed in before the motor is attached.

EDIT 1/8/18: The bottom hole for the DB-25 breakout board is not positioned correctly.
Noted that the plastic parts bend slightly while on the printer.
