Microsoft VX-xxxx mount

Added a hole in the middle to put the pin back in, that area needs to be thinner if you want to us the pin clip. I didn't bother as the pin is held in via the circuit board and friction.

Should work with most Microsoft VX-xxxx models that had that rubber boot leg thing.

To take it apart,
1. pop the silver ring off, its just glued on
2. Unscrew the 2 screws you see next and remo
