A redesign / overhaul of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1243891 to fit the Geetech Aluminum Prusa i3 and it's default MK8 extruder.
It doesn't make too much of a wind on the extruder (more like a breeze, it's barely noticeable), as the standard radial fan can't put out a lot of pressure.
But the airflow is there, and I'm now having success printing thin profiles in ABS that would be piles of molten plastic otherwise.
I recommend printing the first layer without it to improve adhesion,
