K8200 Z-axis Lead screw support

A bracket for holding the nut of M8 lead screw - 2 mm pitch which is the modified version of the default bracket for Velleman K8200. You may just need four M3 x 25 mm and can reuse the original screws to mount the bracket on the extruder carriage.
