SimpleCrypt: Pocket Tube Cipher

A very simple character substitution-style encryption tube that is small enough to easily fit in your pocket or bag. There are 3 pre-randomized outer cylinders and inner rods labeled 1 - 3, and they can be used in any of 9 combinations of rod and cylinder. However, there is also a custom set that can be ordered however the user likes.
