Tevo Tarantula SG90 Servo Holder For Auto Leveling Dual Extruder

A remix of 3Dunknown's sg90 servoholder for auto leveling. This remix makes it fit on a dual extruder setup. It is also made to fit when a fan fang is installed. You will lose X travel if the printers Board (brain) is in the default position on the Tarantula because it is mounted on the right side and will crash into your board if you go too far. It is just 7mm wider than 3Dunknown's servo holder, but it has 3 mounting points instead of 2, it's thicker and is more rigid.
