MkV VW rear motor mount insert

These are inserts that can be placed into the voids of the rear motor/transmission mount on a MkV GTI/Jetta (and similar era Audi). They come in two pieces, one for the forward voids and another for the rear. They slip in easily enough but will need some sort of plate/disk to help hold them in place. Otherwise, they will just fall out when staring the engine. Similar commercial versions of the insert include a metal disk but I just made my own from some think metal sheeting I had. I'll try to ge
