Washing machine /Dish washer spit grommet

I have just built a new kitchen and when I went to fit the dishwasher it had this enormous valve on the end of the hose. It called an Aqua-stop and its suppose to stop your house from flooding if the hose should come off your dishwasher or washing machine.

The Problem is, the hose has to go through the cabinet but I didn't want to cut a huge hole in the bottom of my new cabinet.
