Safer Toddlers Toy Car

Newton101 designed a really cute toy car, I printed it out and it had very sharp edges, the pegs of the tires broke off easily, and the wheels are a chocking haszard, they were 23mm in diameter which is 0.9" and in the U.S. the choking hazard diameter is anything under 1.25" (31.75mm).
I didn't want to give it to my daughter cause I know she would break the wheels off and if she hit someone/fell on it the edges could cause injury so I widened the body a little so that I could use 12mm M4 screws
