Simpler Tiara no support needed

This was inspired by the simple Tiara, but I wanted a design that could be printed without supports. This is a complete redesign that has no angles greater than 45 degrees and can be printed without any support material. It's also smaller than the original to fit my 3 yr old's head. I've also included the sketchup file for anyone that wants to modify it.
