Tronxy MKS Mini Front panel

Remixed from lordwimsey's MKS Mini Enclosure - this is a drop in replacement for the front panel of Tronxy X3 power supply box (and probably other tronxy printers)

Allows the use of the MKS mini display, controls and sd card reader on the Tronxy power supply box.
