This sleeve is perfect to insert some PTFE bushings like the ones sold on AliExpress:

The sleeve size is 60mm x 15mm with an inside diameter of 10mm.
My Z axis was wobbling quite a lot and the linear bearings really don't help.
The new PTFE bushings with this sleeve gives the X carriage new rigidity and no more Z axis wobble.
