X Axis End Stop Mount for Tronxy X1/X3

Inspired by [this design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1906501), I wanted to create a smaller version, so this is what I came up with. It moves the endstop a bit higher to make room for a part cooling fan [such as this one](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2729720).
