Geeetech GT2560 Housing for 2020

This is a remix of the GT2560 housing from lukie80(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1279978) with a mount for 2020 extrusions. I also made the usb outlet slightly larger like some of the other remixes. The mounting holes are to be used with m5x10 screws.

81mm is for the A+ revision only

The honeycomb version gets flagged by repetier for manifolds but should still work
