Parametric curvy snowflake

This is made by using the 7,-17 formula from [this article](https://www.quantamagazine.org/solution-creating-art-with-mathematics-20151030/), non-linearly scaling the coordinates, and reflecting once.

The OpenSCAD code is exported from BlocksCAD with variables moved to the top.

Play around with varying the power.
