Mafell/Kress mount for RootCNC 3

Mount for R3 for 43mm motors (Mafell, Kress, ...)
Tested with a Mafell FM1000.

You need to cut the noses from the bearing cups so the mount can properly move (didn't want any more distance to the lead than absolutely necessary).
