BL-Touch mount on 40 mm fan-cover

This holder for BL/3D-Touch probe was created on on my CR-10 but should also fit on many other printers. It is hight-adjustable.
Please don´t discuss about the sense mounting a probe on a fan, for me it is repeatable as mounted somewhere else and good enough for 3D-printing. It is very flexible and brings the probe close to the nozzle.
