Badass DiggityDank Extruder Remix

A remix of the Badass DiggityDank Extruder by LittleMrJ. Found that the carriage would warp a lot when the carriage is warmed up over a long period of time by the extruder motor. Solved by beefening it up and creating some spacing for heat to escape elsewhere.

Other changes include a screw hole for adjusting the x-axis endstop engagement some minor chamfering of some edges.
