CL 260 improved XY carriage

Based of the Thing, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2266536, thanks to Samella for the work and the step-file, i modify this carriage because i want to use the LM8UU bearings and i dont trust this clamping method for gt belt. Now i use an M4 screw to hold the belt.
