Wheelbarrow handle shim replacement part for Marathon Yard Rover

The handle on my Marathon Yard Rover wheelbarrow came loose and somehow I lost both the screws and one of the plastic shims that goes between the handle and the tub.

Use 5/16-in 2.5" long screws with nuts and washers to attach.
