Stupid Segoe UI Black Font with Oversized "holes" for placing them.

Ok, I feel silly posting this, but maybe it'd help. Lots of apps make it "easy" to add a letter to things, but it's harder to make a recess to hold a letter if you print the letter separately. The hole needs to be a little bigger, but you can't just scale up the letter because then the hollow parts of things like A & O get bigger in the wrong direction.

So, the idea here is that people could put the "holes" on their model and then print the letters separately.

They work OK scaled down to
