Child-proof book shelf

If your good books also happen to be your 1 year olds favorite toy, this thing can protect them and save you the time picking them up from the floor 1000 times a day.

The lock mechanism can be inserted in a book shelf with standard 32mm hole spacing. You will need rods with 16mm diameter in the correct length. I also wrapped some teflon tape around the pins to improve the fit.

It worked great for us. If your kid leaves your stuff alone, you will not need this thing.
