Improved Knob for Taz 6 (or for any D-shaft)

I recently got a Lulzbot Taz 6 and the control knob that came with it kept falling off, so I made a new one that fits through the hole around the shaft on the front panel to hold onto it better. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it hasn't fallen off once!
