Bibo2 USB and SD cover

Got tired of having to look around to insert the SD card so I decided I would give it a go and try to create one. I used a file to cleanup the edges from the first layer around the outside and inside the SD card slot. Then just a light tapping from the back side of my print scrapper and it settled in perfectly.
