Cr10 Z axis vibration fix

This is to fix a problem i noticed happens when you do fast back and forth movements on the CR10 it was concerning at first, then i realized it was simply a bearing that in no way, shape, or form was big enough for the space allotted. this is a simple print that takes 10 mins and fixed the problem
