Thinkpad T400 disk caddy

I needed a disk caddy for a Thinkpad T400 and threw this together. It seems to work, at least with the Samsung 850 Pro SSD that I needed to fit. After designing this (and reading SSD datasheets for dimensions) I now understand why Lenovo flipped the disk over in the T410 - disk thickness isn't strictly specified.
