Dusty brush adapters

update 9.1.2018: since the originaladapter has holes i made a version with holes too. it seems that some vacuumcleaners have a problem if there are no holes.
update 2.1.2018: directadapter suitable for cleanerpipes with about 30.5mm diameter.
