Ormerod Parts Cooling Fan Mount - E3D hotend

After upgrading my Ormerod to an E3D V6Lite hotend using markdoll01's E3D mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1005956), I found that I couldn't get the fan duct with his design to print on any printer I had available - the overhangs were just a little too much, and the walls too thin, so instead I created this.

This bolts on the outside of the head cooling fan, with a 40mm fan mounted on top of the recess in the body for parts cooling - with my E32D hotend the duct comes out about 1.5mm
